Sažetak
Performance indicators provide valuable information for strategic decision-making in higher education and research, serving various purposes like monitorin, policy determination, target-setting, evaluating and reforming. Since different stakeholders are interested in higher education institutions' performance, adequate PIs should be selected, implemented and maintained through information system.
