Sažetak
The bookbinding is the final stage of the book-making process, and the strategic and operational planning as well, is very important activity which is related by logistics' parameters defined as an integral function of production through the capacity planning, working documentations and schedules, production process and quality control. The model based on supply chain mapping and the time compression will enable of the most optimal relations between the parameters of logistic. Time-based system with emphasis on speeding up the process times results in a reduction in cumulative wasted time, so time-compression achieves improvements approaching 70 per cent on critical stages of the processes.
