Sažetak
A new generation of Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) system being developed employs colour graphics operator consoles. Graphic workstations are replacing semigraphic terminals used in the previous generation of SCADA systems. The aspect of Man-Machine Interface (MMI) in supervising and controlling the physical process is the crucial one for end users. This paper gives an overview of the new SCADA system features and presents SCADA MMI design using full graphics. Applied MMI development methodology is discussed. The presented user interface with the physical process encourages parallelism of individual interaction processes and tailoring of interactive environment to user's needs.
