Sažetak
High performace polymers are those possessing a combination of ideal mechanical properties high strenght, high stiffnes and high impact resistance wich are retained for thousands of hours at 230 C. A great variety of these polymers have been synthetized and outstanding results have been obtained with aromatic or condensed aromatic heterocyclic like: polyimides, polyquinoxalines, polybenzimidazoles, poly(etherketone) and some polymer blends. The relationship between polymer structure and thermal stability as well as other properties will be revieved.
