Sažetak
We have measured the spin-transfer parameters K_LL, K_SL, K_LS, and K_SS at 788 MeV from 47^o to 177^o c.m., and also uncovered at 10-16% normalization discrepancy which affects all previous np elastic spin data from LAMPF. Results disagree significantly from previous phase-shift predictions. with the inclusion of these new data the NN phase shifts and amplitudes (isospin 0 and 1) become well determined for the first time near 800 MeV.
