Sažetak
The CIDOC Conference 2007 was held during the period in which the 21st General Conference of ICOM was going on, and was linked in terms of subject with the main topic of the General Assembly: "Museums and the Universal Heritage". The CIDOC Conference was entitled: "Managing the Global Diversity of Cultural Information: Documentation of the Universal Heritage to Support Universal Responsibility". Our Austrian hosts Sylvia Mader and Gerhard Tarmann organised the conference most successfully. Plenary sessions were divided into four topic areas: Web developments ; Local initiatives ; Data, information and knowledge ; Projects, initiatives and networking. Twenty-two papers from 12 countries were presented (from Australia, Austria, Canada, Croatia, Germany, Italy, Japan, Norway, Russian Federation, Singapore, UK and USA).
