Sažetak
The ability of lyophilised culture filtrates (LF) and mycelia extracts (ME) of 6 different isolates of Trametes versicolor grown in submerged cultures on 2 media, potato dextrose broth (PDB) and defined mineral media, to control aflatoxins biosynthesis by Aspergillus parasiticus was assayed. The lyophilised filtrates and mycelia extracts were added in concentration of 0.1% W/V to the cultures of A. parasiticus grown on a conducive media for aflatoxin production. All tested LF and ME showed a high and long lasting inhibition of aflatoxins biosynthesis. The inhibiting rate was strain-dependant and ranged from 65 to over 95% and was unchanged till the end of experiment (15 days).
