Sažetak
This new understanding of products and services implies complexity that requires new methods and tools which could fulfill the new, specific needs. Since IPS2 is characterized by many interrelationships between product and service perspectives and also long-term contracted relationships, risk management should have its important role during the whole product-service life-cycle.
