Sažetak
Regarding supply to eligible customers (consuming more than 20 GWh/year), Hrvatska Elektroprivreda is exposed to the conditions of a competitive market. The Croatian electricity system is of great transit importance for electricity supply in other countries in the vicinity of Croatia. Croatian geographical position made the Croatian power system as a link for energy transit from northeastern to southwestern parts of Europe. The main purpose is to contribute to optimization of energy transit without violating the voltage instability risk, angle risk and overload using WAM system for 400 kV Croatian transmission system.
