Sažetak
Business and marketing proceses nowdays are under growing influence of information technology. By using scientific methods of generalization and specialization purpose and terms of certain parts of research are described. Methods of comparation, compilation, induction and deduction are used for analyzing the experiences of tax payers in counties of Croatia. This paper will aim to determine the relevant key and strategic characteristics of developing model of BPR (Business Process Reengineering) in government institutions, such as Ministry of finance of the Republic of Croatia, from the aspect of market researches and for market management purposes. The purpose of the BPR phase of the project was to decide how certain selected processes in the Croatian Tax Administration (CTA) can be improved, in order to assist the CTA in achieving their business goals and strategy. The research part of the paper should make the bases for further considerations and give some future guidelines for further scientific or professionals’ research.
