Sažetak
The times needed for carrying out particular tasks for all logistic processes are an important economic, technological and an organizational parameter. In forklift trucks serving high-stack warehouse particular tasks are cyclicly repeated, so working cycles can be defined. Considering the numerosity and the fact that such cycles in a warehousing process have different starting points and destinations, in designing a particular warehouse an average working cycle should be taken into consideration. In this paper the errors occurring in calculating working cycles by some well-known theoretical models are analysed.
