Sažetak
Main goal on University Course: “Leadership and Developmental Community Youth Work” is to improve democracy through social change interventions that focus on youth work, social education and community development, with three main, integrated objectives: 1. To transfer knowledge, skills and values of youth work and intercultural education to young people so to enable them to increase their participation in the societies to which they belong – educational objective. 2. To build the capacity of local partner organizations to become self-sustainable local NGOs - Organizational Development Objective. 3. To increase the possibilities of integrating youth service structures within civil society, through an improved understanding among politicians and public officials of the role and function of a youth service - Societal Legitimization Objective.
