Sažetak
This presentation presents current findings and challenges of the PhD research, titled Improvement of the adaptive IT project management model based on projects categorization. Extensive literature review defined context of the research and current emphasis is on development of the research model, namely case study research that should reflect research questions and provide valuable answers to them. In more detail, the next step in the research is to assess project management methodologies, i.e. methods, tools and techniques used for different IT projects in different companies. As project management application is highly contextual, qualitative analysis is proposed to capture all the complexity.
