Sažetak
Our preliminary experience suggests that the combination of ultrasound guidance and nerve stimulation enhances the quality of popliteal sciatic nerve resulted in higher success without an increase in complications.The approach to the point before division of the sciatic nerve can be guaranteed so that puncture of neighboring vesseles can be avoided and optimal anesthesia provided.
