Sažetak
Even though small firms represent an important force in those economies which since the 80s have been enjoying more esteem and prestige than ever before, their dark side remains their high rate of failure. Among the numerous reasons for failure, inefficient management and low product and service quality take a special place. The paper analyzes the restrictions of management in small firms and methods for their elimination, as well as the necessity for quality management and ways in which to achieve this.
