Sažetak
The authors, social pedagogues, are starting from the thesis that the conflicts between people are basic danger for people by themselves. They write about need of the intensive researching of phenomenology, aetiology, methodology of successful solving the conflicts in general and specially the conflicts in which are, on different basics, involeved young people. The authors presenting the results of empirical research of characteristics of conflicts, which are typical for young people with problematic behavior, and in comparation with conflicts of their same young people whose bahavior doesnt seems like problematic. On representative sample mostly secondary school pupil from urban population in Croatia specially attention is given to basic dimension of identity of young people (personal name, family, generation, profession, cultural/political membership, national/religion membership
) and relation of this dimensions toward the models of solving conflicts which prefers this young people. The authors write about needs of education of young people for truly ability and possibility of solving conflicts on the partnership model.
