Sažetak
The paper deals with the position of national minorities in the Republic of Croatia with reference to the situation following the break-up of ex-Yugoslavia as well as to possible prospects of future models of cohabitation between majority and minorities in the territory of Croatia. The dynamism of interethnic relations between various ethnicities is pointed at and consequently to the impossibility of establishing a model of cohabitation "once for ever".
