Sažetak
: The storage of inventories is required for several reasons in manufacturing and business. The costs associated with the handling and storage of inventories can be significant, therefore in planning a warehouse we must carefully consider the amount of storage space that will be required. The amount of space required depends on storage a policy that is used. Since the demand for storage slots is stochastic, it is common to determine a service level for the warehouse. In this paper developed mathematical model and some problems that arise in the context of warehousing are considered.
