Sažetak
In todays market conditions the successfulness of companies depends on adequate entire logistic chain design. The integrated logistics function, based on many analytical models, is viewed as a solution of that problem. Since the definition of entire logistic chain theoretic model is still in developing, one of the logic solutions is application of sub-system models. This is the case with warehouses, which are generally a part of all logistic chains as a logistic sub-system.
In this paper some warehouse layout design models are discussed, with emphasis on holistic approach to the problem.
