Sažetak
After the labs research had been carried out, it was proceeded to the clinical programme of research dealing with the influence of fish-nourishment on the metabolic factors in regard to the development of coronary disease. The research was conduced on groups, each counting 10 patients who were not hospitalized, decapitated pilchards and 100 kilos of in bread crumbs frozen pilchards. The indicators sach as total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, tryglicerydes, glucose, urinary acid, alkaline phosphatase, SGOT, SGPT and gama G were observed before the experiment, then for three months dafter the experiment had been carried out. The results we achieved will not only improve, modify and rationalize the process concerning the manufacture of small-fry-sea-fish, but they will also give aninportant answer to the question whether or not there is a possibility for a bigger dietetic promgramme, meaning in regard to marketing and health-care, to be developed within this research study.
