Sažetak
The aim of this paper is to outline J. L. Cohen's theory of logical intuitions nad through objections and the criticism of the theory to propose plausible solutions. In the first part of the paper the author reviews Cohen's understanding of the role of intuitions and their main characteristics. The role of intuitions is to provide the basis for the justification of normative principles of reasoning. The second part of the paper contains two arguments againts Cohenb's thesis and the author solution for his project. he forst argument is concerned with the characteristics from 1) to 3). The second argument discusses the characteristics 4) and 5)
