Sažetak
Constructing organizations’ interpretations is crucial for their survival. Contrarily, organizations would be overwhelmed with the amount of events surrounding them. This research aims to provide insight into the process of implementing a new mental representation into a complex organisational context. We have examined the decision implementation process, incremental in nature, consisted of three essential parts. After elaboration of the first task of the decision-maker, which is to develop a meaning of environment’s elements, both external and internal, and then establish the concept of organization, as follows it is explained how the organization is evolving and how it is ‘transferred’ to centres of power, and then to a wider range of organization’s members. The first phase we have named initial mental representation, additional reaching agreement we called the representation concerning key interest and influential groups, and the third was dissemination of representation to other members of the organisation through activity that should be undertaken.
