Sažetak
The article describes housing reconstruction possibilities in Osijek's Tvrdja shortly after the war ended in 1995. It takes into account the complexity of the situation - extensive war damage, distorted social structure of Tvrdja (evacuees, displaced persons) and murky property and ownership relations.
