Sažetak
This paper reviews the strategic management process and its components with a special emphasis on:foresight and creative visionary leadership, as well as strategy formulation in an enterprise. The definition and analysis of the process leads us into a broad field of problematics, giving us an insight into the development of strategic theory. Foresight and creative visionary leadership, as the initial phase of this process, should be implemented jointly. The argument which supports this statement lies within the momentum of the problem for which it is responsible and supporting conditions. For strategy formulation, an emphasis is placed on the need for concisely defining the component part, and eventually for their reshaping and redefinition the moment their inefficiency is disclosed under specific business conditions.
