Sažetak
This paper discusses visonary leadeership with a special emphasis on the conceivement of a vision and the factors essential to its realization , which are real value and vitality. The increasingly swift and diverse dynamics of an environment influenced by technological, political, ecological and macroeconomic changes augment the doubts on implementation an unrestrained visionary leadership within the management process of an organization. Following that constation, keeping in mind that there is only an illusionary equilibrium with the environment, quite adequately inicates the need for a constant scanning of the environment, leading to the establishment of two factors fundamental to healthy vision, which are: value and vitality. The paper's objectives are to present recommendations relevant to the future development of organizations by overcoming the obstacles presented by the nature of the environment, avoiding enthropy and surprises, which would in turn create conditions of long - term stability and continuous pregress.
