Sažetak
The aim of this research has been designed to expand the understanding of criminal behavior of people suffering from schizophrenia, improve clinical practice and provide guidance for future research in the fields of forensic psychiatry and criminology. The basic assumptionwas that the high psychopathology of the offender has been the primary determinant of risk behavior. For this purpose, characteristics of schizophrenic perpetrators were obtained, documenting differences between subjects with high and low intensity of psychopathology. This paper includes two hypothesys: that there are meaningful factor structures of the questionnaire PCL-R and that there is a difference between subjects with high and low levels of psychopathology with respect to criminological characteristics.
