Sažetak
Foil stamping upon various materials, including cardboard, is a very popular printing procedure. Unfortunately, the qualities of the cardboard and foil types are often incompatible, which results in printing defaults.
Quantification of descriptive assessment of the quality of a print, and its conversion into a numerical assessment enables us to develop a theory of the print quality which will help us achieve the desired quality and make it uniform.
The principle of a quality print is based on a large number of examined prints, which makes the theory reliable, since it is a result of an experimental research.
