Sažetak
Hotel Istria is located on the small St. Andrew's Island of Rovinj Archipelago near the town Rovinj. It has 326 rooms and suits. It was built in two phases. Central part was built in 1960 and west wing in 1986. In the year 2006 new owner decided to reconstruct and upgrade the hotel. This paper describes main structural elements of the building, problems noticed during structural inspection, corrosion damage of reinforced structure caused by sea salt, structural design and reconstruction procedure.
