Sažetak
Qualitative and attractive hotel offer is a decisive factor in the competitive game on the tourism market. Tourist behaviour is affected by the development of a system of values, comprehension, opinion, and the way of life. Tourists are becoming more selective in their choice of tourist destination and therefore the hotel offer. The aim of this paper is to emphasise the importance of organization and design of a qualitative hotel offer in order to achieve competitiveness on the tourism market.
