The need and demand of consumers is the starting point of marketing discipline which presents not only an important organizational function but also the basic business philosophy of the modern companies of today. Marketing realizes the stimulation of trade by monitoring and satisfying the needs and demands of the consumers through managing the whole process from product making to its placing on the market.
