Sažetak
Since the editors of the Balkan Can Contemporary journal have expressed their interest in an article on some ten key performance art events in the Balkans or, more precisely, in ex-Yugoslavia, I have decided to observe the relationship between (performance) art and crime. With this somewhat limited theme, I thought it would be easier and simpler to select ten performance art events from the extensive ex-YU visual scene1. Besides that, the art and crime theme was the slogan of the Rijeka Festival of New Art (FONA), which was held in the “Palach” Club and organised by MMC d.o.o. in 2007.
