Sažetak
This paper analyzes the criteria and standards for the evaluation of the effectiveness of management in accordance with the business results of the market. In that presents a critical review of existing standards and criteria and their inadequacy to deal with contemporary issues in international business and international markets. The main problem with the existing criteria, they become ineligible for new opportunities, you need to be amended (corrected) and that there is still no universally accepted that could replace the existing ones, and negative tendencies that are so obviously and the result of the existing benchmarks and success criteria business. The contribution of the author you are trying to answer the question of how it is possible to solve the problem and indicating the inappropriateness of (profit) as the one and only criterion for evaluating success. Demands for more, better and faster (as incentives which: individuals, companies and states) in limited circumstances (economy and is essential in this situation) push the boundaries of moral and allowed (ethics and morals) and allowed (from the standpoint of environmental protection, ecology ).
