Sažetak
In Bosnia and Herzegovina in the transition period, the old, state planed, self-management system has been suspended, but a new system of market economy has not been built so that some temporary and specific laws and rules of behaviour have been applied and they are still 'valid'. The problem is when those laws and rules are convient for the management in enterprises and for influential political group or individuals to reach thier aims and so that they are not in a hurry to carry out the transition and privatisation processes
