Sažetak
Most countries that undergo transition face numerous economic, political and social problems. These problems often disable normal functioning of societies and invoke a low level of quality for private and professional life, for a majority of the citizenery. The population highly affected by this influence is comprised of those people unable to accept or to adjust to changes caused by extensive economic restructuring, including the shift to a market economy and requisite entrepreneurship.
