Sažetak
The article analyzes the rent value of the voids in the urban net through four case studies from the City of Split: unbuilt areas of the historical city core, unbuilt areas in the protected coastal strip, abandoned area near infrastructural traffic corridors, voids within housing areas as unbuilt space with high rent value.
