Sažetak
The paper presents a model for the numerical analysis of concrete structures exposed to instantaneous static loads. The model includes the dominant nonlinear effects of the structure behavior, such as: cracks occurrence and opening in concrete under tension, tensile concrete flow, nonlinear behavior of the reinforcement and the influence of the change in the system geometry. A degenerated plate element without membrane and shear locking has been employed. One example with the known experimental result has been solved.
