Sažetak
Value engineering (VE) as a problem solving technique is perfect tool for creating team work, generating creativity, accumulating engineers skills for quality improvement management which is impossible without team work. Analysis of the production process in the context of Value engineering requires gathering solution ideas but mostly during the Value analysis. The chapter presents Value engineering idea as a methodology based on the workers cooperation aimed on the quality problem solving. There are some assumptions pointed that concerne Value engineering applying in the coaching.
