Sažetak
Ektachem 500 (Eastman Kodak) analytical system by princip of dry chemistry is a selective, discrete and regardin the reagents a closed system, which comprises Ektachem automatic analyser and Ektachem multilyer reagent film. The results of analytical evaluation carried out according to ECCLS proposals documented that Ektachem 500 system fulfills ECCLS criteria related to precision, accuracy and linearity. Furthermore, the results showed no significant difference in measurment of investigated parameters using this system in comparison to results obtained by instruments systems using soluble reagents. Dry chemistry system enables removal of biological and pharmacological interferences, and so it ensures higher accuracy, specificity and sensitivity of methods - condition necessary in routine and scientific work.
