Sažetak
For several years, discussions have been held in Croatia on the reform, in the definition of which the World Bank played an important role, envisages the transition from pensions system based exclusively on the principle of inter -generational solidarity (PAYG) to a three - pillar pensions system with in which the first pillar would maintain the principle of intergenerational solidarity, the second would consist of compulsory capitalised individual savings and the third would represent voluntary pension savings.
