Sažetak
The article describes an efficient segmentation method of business customers market in one of Croatian telecommunications operator. The model of multi dimensional dynamic micro segmentation of market was developed by using K-means cluster analysis method. Open issues in data processing and consolidation were also shown. Finally, an acceptable model of measurable, optimum sized, accessible, different and useable segments was submitted. Proposed segments fulfil all necessary criteria for improving the efficiency of the observed telecommunications operator.
