Sažetak
Tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) and neurofibromatosis (NF) are two most common neurocutaneus disorders inherited in autosomal dominant pattern. Pulmonary manifestations of TSC are lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM), clear cell tumors and multifocal micronodular pneumocyte hyperplasia (MMPH). Pulmonary fibrosis and bullae can be found in patients with NF. Here we present a case of 34 year old women with TSC and LAM and a 51-year old male with NF and pulmonary involvement. There is neither effective treatment for TSC or TSC associated LAM, nor NF or NFassociated pulmonary fibrosis. Although as now there are not any efficacious drugs for these disorders, some new drugs are under investigation.
