Sažetak
The present patent gives the 1, 3-bis(4-nitrophenyl)triazenes, their farmaceutically acceptable salts and N-acyl derivatives that inbibit the cell division ; they could be potentially used for cancer treatment. The selected representatives from this new group of compounds are highly cytotoxic to tumor cells and their drug-resistant subline, but less cytotoxic to normal cells.
