Sažetak
War circumsances in Croatia had a great impact on the work of group therapist. Persons who developed disorders related to psycho-trauma were the new group of patients to work with. War situations were the same stressor for both the terapist and their patients. But as the outside circumstances were changing during the years of war and post war period, the therapeutic approach to psychotraumatised patients was changing too. The aim of this paper is to show certain specific countertransference problems connected to work with psychotraumatised patients. Thirty-five group therapists, which were included in the work with traumatised patients from the very beginning of the war, noticed all difficulties in their work as well as the ways in which they had try to solve them. Countertransference problems were recognised through regular supervisions and consultations. Authors paid special attention to countertransference problems connected to boundary management during the terapeutic process. This refers especially to work with war veterans.
