Sažetak
The term telecommunication services comprises all services that are using telecommunication network for service delivery. It is necessary to differentiate one service from another, especially from regulatory point of view. The paper examines service categorization in Europe and identifies parameters that can be used to differentiate telecommunication services. Finally, a model for service categorization is proposed, based on the identified parameters.
