Sažetak
Initiative SEETSI (South Eastern Europe Transport System Integration) is regional evolution of CETSI initiative and previous conference (CETSI 2008) Zagreb. This conference is focused to exchange information and create networked knowledge base (NKB) for effective regulation of postal market and development (country specific) sustainability model of universal service providing. Main topics are market analyses and regulation of postal & logistic services, but theoretical contribution include generic concept of universal services (postal, communications, transport, logistics, etc.) knowledge management, and complex system modeling (CLIOS etc.) Topics: 1.Concept and models of sustainable universal services providing 2.The role of regulatory agencies in liberalization of postal market 3.Analyzing of postal market in CEE&SEE countries 4.Reengineering of postal technology and network 5.Safety and security of globalized postal & logistics system 6.Development of postal & logistics intelligence system 7.Knowledge management in postal & logistic domain
