Sažetak
Initiative SEETSI (South Eastern Europe Transport System Integration) is regional evolution of CETSI initiative and previous conference (CETSI 2008) Zagreb. This conference is focused to exchange information and create networked knowledge base (NKB) for effective regulation of postal market and development (country specific) sustainability model of universal service providing.
