Sažetak
Maintenance of adequate splanchnic perfusion during perioperative period is crucial for postoperative recovery. Even unmarked hypovolemia could cause splanchnic hypoperfusion, with postoperative organ dysfunction. Goal of our study was to determinate, is splanchnic perfusion in high-risk patients disturbed, during and after major abdominal operations.
