Sažetak
The Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method has been studied for its applicability at all production stages, i.e. the designing development and manufacturing of a product. The results show that it is possible to shorten the particular stages of all requirements as for quality are met. It is essential then to thoroughly analyze customers� expectations and feedback, as well as the qualitative and quantitative design features of similar products available on the market and compare them with those of own product. The conclusion is that this methodology can be applied to the quality control of products in any branch of the manufacturing industry.
