Sažetak
Many authors have occupied themselves with the determination of critical success factors (CSF) in the information systems development. The results of their proposals, as well as of proposals of CSF for implementation of ready-to-use systems, are given. In the expert systems development most of these factors can be applied, additionally referring to some special characteristics of expert systems. Because of the particularity of expert systems and because of the importance of the problem domain and the knowledge gathering, some additional critical success factors must be determined.
