Sažetak
Since knowledge elicitation process represents a considerate problem in expert systems development, many authors tried to offer a manner in which the most accurate and qualitative knowledge could be gathered. In this article a proposal is given on how to select the most effective elicitation technique based on numerous factors that are divided into three groups.
