Sažetak
The paper gives an overview of the impact of significant changes within the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector and the ability to deploy new services in the Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) business. The emphasis of research on the analysis of features, and effects of new innovative services Traffic Information Service Provider (TISP) in Republic of Croatia, based on XaaS paradigm (cloud computing), the function of implementing the necessary e-communications infrastructure and services for good ITS architecture development of the Republic of Croatia.
